I am trying hard as much as I can, to help the computer science students and those who are preparing computer jobs exam. Because PS Exam is handled by me only it is a bit lot of work for one man. Sometimes, the file might get corrupted resulting failure download. I’m updating, replacing and fixing links as soon as somebody notifies me. I ask you to put your problem more clearly. Help you to download OS QA means what? You should have an email sent to you that contains a download link. Just right click the link and choose ‘Save target as’ (for internet explorer) or ‘Save link as’ (for Firefox). You should be able to download the book.
Feel free to reply this comment if you still find problem. Put bit more detail, so that I can understand your problem in download and help you better.
